BHHT is constantly in looking for volunteers interested in donating some of their time, talent, and energy, A variety of volunteer opportunities are regularly available, including both indoor and outdoor projects. Below is a sampling of the volunteer opportunities that currently exist.Office Volunteer
Assist with mailings, photo editing, filing, phone answering and other general office duties.
Maintaining Information Board at the Blue Hill Coop
Assume responsibility for regularly changing the display, working with staff on its design.
Blue Hill Mountain Steward
Monitor and help maintain a section or the entire length of the mile long Osgood Trail to the top of Blue Hill Mountain. Help be our eyes and ears!
Boundary Marking
Assist Trust in remarking boundaries on Trust properties. Assist staff with various trail projects on land owned by the Trust, under the guidance of Trust staff. Monitoring and walking various trails and or lands when needed to assist and cut brush.
Construction of Display Boards for Presentations
Design a wood presentation board to display marketing and educational materials for events the trust may attend.
